We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join the VNA family! Refer your friends to work the VNA so we can continue to focus on what we do best – providing the highest quality care for our patients and community.
Current referral bonuses:
- RN referral (full-time field staff) – $2,500
- All other positions – $500
To receive your referral bonus, you will need to do two things*:
- Complete and submit the form below
- Make sure your friend also puts your name in the “referred by” field on the application when he or she applies
- *A referral bonus will be paid out in two payments. The first payment will be payable on the first full paycheck following the new hire orientation and the second payment will be paid in the pay period following the 91st day of employment.
- Referrals must be entered into the online system via the online referral form on the VNA career site. The referred individual must also list the referring associate’s name in the “referred by” field on the application in order to qualify for the bonus.
- Referrals may only be made to currently open positions. The referred candidate must meet the minimum requirements of the position to qualify.
- Referrals remain active for a period of six months. After six months, a new referral must be submitted to qualify for a bonus.
- Each position has been approved for one bonus amount only. If an individual is referred by more than one associate, the bonus amount will be divided evenly amongst those associates.
- If referring a friend who has previously worked for the VNA, they must have been separated from the company for two years or more to qualify for a referral bonus.
- Managers are not eligible to receive a referral bonus for positions which report to them.
- The referral bonus program remains active at the discretion of the VNA. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, with or without notice.
