Ceremony of Remembrance
Please join us as we honor the lives and memories of those we’ve lost and the families we’ve served through VNA Hospice.
Thursday, April 16
Our Savior Lutheran Church
This ceremony is for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one. It will also honor the hospice patients and families served by VNA between July 1 and December 31, 2025
You are invited to bring a photo of your loved one to be displayed during the ceremony and you will have an opportunity to share memories during the ceremony.
