Please join us as we honor the lives and memories of those we’ve lost and the families we’ve served through VNA Hospice.

This heartfelt gathering is for anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one. We will honor hospice patients and families served by the VNA between July 1 and December 31, 2024.
There will be an opportunity to share memories during the ceremony.
