Our Medical Professionals
Our home health services include the following team of medical professionals, all of whom have successfully undergone a rigorous Level II background check and drug testing.

Skilled Nurses
Our knowledgeable nurses are the heartbeat of VNA. They check patients’ vitals and provide whatever care their patients need, from wound care to medication management. They also educate patients and their caregivers to help them understand their diagnoses and manage their care.

Physical Therapist
Our skilled physical therapists help patients improve their mobility and balance.

Our occupational therapists focus on aiding a patient’s ability to perform daily activities.

Speech Therapist
Our speech therapists help address any issues a patient has with their language center, including speaking, swallowing and processing information.

Music Therapy for Home Health
Music can do more than lift your spirits or calm you down. When used within a therapeutic relationship Music Therapy can be used address physical, emotional and cognitive needs as well.

Our Fall Prevention Program is designed to keep patients safe in their home. We can help identify underlying reasons for falls and offer guidance on how to avoid them in the future.

Social Worker
Our social workers assess the mental, emotional and financial needs of patients and connect them with the appropriate resources within VNA and the community at large.

Home Health Aides
Our home health aides help patients with activities of daily living, including bathing and grooming.

Advance Care Planning
Advance Care Planning is an opportunity to identify health care goals and plan proactively, before a health crisis occurs.
